Halloween Out of Bounds

My Graphics Design II teacher pretty much lets each of us do whatever we want, unless she wants to teach a technique, so I'm allowed some free time. She puts a bunch of tutorials on the server, which we're free to use. One of those tutorials was for a style called "Out of Bounds" where you take a photo, and make it look like parts are popping off the image. I tried it out on a really old Halloween photo of mine I had partially restored earlier (I'm still not so good at removing dust and mold).
