"Content" is defined as:
A. Data, tangible, or intangible elements, transmitted to SheezyArt.com from your account.
B. Data, tangible, or intangible elements, created or configured with tools provided by SheezyArt.com on your account.
C. Links to any media composition found or stored outside of SheezyArt.com posted from your account.

It is expected that Content will not embody:
1. Hate: Derogatory remarks based on gender, race, religious/philosophical and/or sexual preferences.
2. Spam: Inciting disgust, annoyance, or anger; or contributing to a chain/pyramid scheme.
3. Dishonorable Material: Affirming false information, encouraging illegal activities, or threatening persons or property.
4. Stolen Material: Sharing, tracing, or otherwise under influence by intellectual property not owned or licensed, without proper credit to applicable third parties.
5. Pornography: Explicit or implied sexual activity without artistic merit.
6. Underage Nudity: Exposed subjects that are under the age of eighteen, or otherwise a minor according to applicable laws.
7. Any other element violating the SheezyArt.com Code of Civility.

SheezyArt.com Cast Members are granted the ability to edit, notify, warn, restrict, remove, and ban accounts and respective content to enforce the Site Guidelines.
SheezyArt.com Administrators are granted the ability -and reserve the right- to edit, notify, warn, restrict, remove, and ban accounts and respective content based on subjective discretion.
No agreement, guarantee, or expectation exists as to access to portions of SheezyArt.com without limiting the foregoing, access may be restricted or revoked at any time for any reason at the discretion of the SheezyArt.com Administration.

The SheezyArt.com Report Center exists to grant guests to the site a direct, professional, and organized line of communication with Cast Members regarding Site Guideline Violations. Reports sent that violate the SheezyArt.com Site Guidelines will not be tolerated. Due to the volume of reports our Cast Members receive, we cannot guarantee that all reports will result in action against the offending party. All reports will be examined, and some may not be settled. Dismissal of a report does not imply innocence to any party.

Use of the SheezyArt.com Chat Service is entirely at your own risk, however you should obey the basic rules for the channel, enforceable by room operators. The full list of rules and guidelines for use of the chat room can be found within the chat room upon request.

If attending, you agree that you bear all risk and release SheezyArt.com from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, now and in the future, arising out or in any way connected with your involvement with such a meeting. You understand that SheezyArt.com will not fundamentally alter the scope of the rights granted to it without your consent. You agree to be bound by subsequent revisions to these Site Guidelines fourteen days after the posting of the revisions to this page.
