"Content" is defined as:
A. Data, tangible, or intangible elements, transmitted to SheezyArt.com from your account.
B. Data, tangible, or intangible elements, created or configured with tools provided by SheezyArt.com on your account.
C. Links to any media composition found or stored outside of SheezyArt.com posted from your account.

It is expected that Content will not embody:
1. Hate: Derogatory remarks based on gender, race, religious/philosophical and/or sexual preferences.
2. Spam: Inciting disgust, annoyance, or anger; or contributing to a chain/pyramid scheme.
3. Dishonorable Material: Affirming false information, encouraging illegal activities, or threatening persons or property.
4. Stolen Material: Sharing, tracing, or otherwise under influence by intellectual property not owned or liscensed, without proper credit to applicable third parties.
5. Pornography: Explicit or implied sexual activity without artistic merit.
6. Underage Nudity: Exposed subjects that are under the age of eighteen, or otherwise a minor according to applicable laws.
7. Any other element violating the SheezyArt.com Code of Civility.

I understand that by uploading or creating any Content, including but not limited to: ideas, designs, artwork, sound recordings, literary and/or audiovisual works, text, graphics, computer programs or other software to SheezyArt.com and its successors I understand and agree to the following:

I grant SheezyArt.com the non-exclusive right and license to, within this site, store, display, resize, transmit, advertise, and publish my Content, including, but not limited to articles, thumbnails, indices, and links. In connection with the Content, SheezyArt.com may use my name, and any likeness, voice, or biography that I have submitted to the site.

I affirm that the Content I upload or create on SheezyArt.com is my creation, and that all influential sources are properly credited. I indemnify SheezyArt.com from any liability connected to the use of my Content. My Content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

I understand that I upload my Content voluntarily, and that no terms, conditions, or contracts outside those within the SheezyArt.com Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Code of Civility, and Submission Agreement (collectively the "Site Guidelines") exist between me and SheezyArt.com. My ability to upload or store Content on SheezyArt.com may be terminated at any time for any reason.

I understand that the terms of this Submission Agreement shall be governed and construed under the laws of the State of California and of the United States, and agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of California in the event any legal dispute should arise. In the event any portion of this Submission Agreement is unenforceable by any statute, law or ordinance, that portion shall be severable and the balance of the Agreement shall remain valid and of full force and effect. I agree to cover reasonable legal fees and expenses suffered or incurred by SheezyArt.com as a result of my negligence, lack of compliance, or ignorance to the SheezyArt.com Site Guidelines.

I can terminate my ongoing participation in this agreement by removing my Content on SheezyArt.com piecemeal, in which case if I inadvertently fail to remove my Content, I cannot hold SheezyArt.com responsible. Termination of ongoing participation in this agreement will not waive or release me from liability or damages related to my Content, as a result of my prior participation. If I terminate my ongiong participation, I grant SheezyArt.com a reasonable period of time (within 60 days) to remove all archived copies of my Content from server machines and other means of storage in its possession. If long term storage precludes this from taking place, SheezyArt.com will take the necessary steps to remove it from those archives when next accessed and will not allow such copies of my submission media to be used for any purpose outlined in this Submission Agreement.

I grant SheezyArt.com the right to periodically revise the terms of this Submission Agreement by updating this page. I understand that SheezyArt.com will not fundamentally alter the scope of the rights granted to it without my consent. I agree to be bound by subsequent revisions to this Submission Agreement fourteen (14) days after the posting of the revisions to this submission agreement, and notice of the revision posted within a SheezyArt.com Newspost. Accordingly, I understand that I should periodically visit this page to review the current terms of this Submission Agreement.

If I am under 18 years of age, or otherwise a minor according to applicable laws, I affirm that I have been granted the permission of a parent or legal guardian to upload my Content, and that this parent or legal guardian has reviewed, understood, and approved the terms of this Submission Agreement for my use.

I affirm that I have the legal right to enter into this Submission Agreement, and grant to SheezyArt.com the rights and licenses outlined within.
