Hey guys! We've noticed things have become a little stale around here, and the Cast members seem less connected to the site, so I have a minor update to help you all keep up with what's going on on Sheezy. Previously, news was a tab in updates that could not be removed. Now, all of you should receive news articles as they come in in your updates. These new updates will show up in the top right of your screen so you'll know when we've posted news. Also, as a minor change, the updates center now updates the display in the top right corner of the screen when you delete updates. <br />...

Some of you may have noticed the recent "Kyo is Awesome" worm that spread its way throughout journals on Sheezy. The worm exploited XSS holes in Sheezy's color settings for templates and journals, allowing remote JavaScript code to be executed. Was the security hole serious? Yes. Was any damage done? Not really. The worm was more for personal fun than it was an attack on Sheezy. So don't worry. No account's were breached/hacked/stolen, and no data was irreparably harmed. Kyo will not be banned for his shenanigans. After the incident, I talked with Kyo and he helped comb the rest of the site for any other security flaws he could find to prevent any real harm from being done to Sheezy, so we all owe him more thanks and less flames :). Though it's better to stop holes from cropping up in the first place, we made new changes to the site that will lower the threat of any future potential security holes:<br />...
