My last journal post of 2011, and it certainly has been one hectic year, hasn't it? Osama Bin Laden is dead (may he rot in Hell), our troops are home from the Middle East; it's like things are finally starting to look up for us all!

As for me, it has also been a bit of a productive year.....in a sense. On the one side I've not been very productive as far as my art is concerned, and I've not touched any of my fan fictions at all. Yet on the other hand I've made several new friends online, and I now have a cushy part-time Government job on the Crane Naval Base working at the Commissary.

But as we approach the inevitable change in the new year, I feel I must set a new standard for myself: not just in my real world life, but here on the internet as well. So I would like to share with you my list of New Year Resolutions for the year of 2012!

Resolution 1: Get my Drivers License (This is my main priority this year)

Resolution 2: Increase my output of artwork for you guys, including new and updated character profiles for my six main characters (Yeah, I said six. You'll see what I mean soon enough)

Resolution 3: Do more fan fiction and original story writing (this includes a complete rewrite of "Knuckles Quest" under a new title)

Resolution 4: Set up my PayPal account & buy my first ever art commission (this one's an optional one for me, but one I'm probably gonna do anyway since I have the money now)

Resolution 5: Save up the money to buy me a PS3 and a Wii-U (You may think this is optional, but with the recent revelation of Sonic 4 Episode II not being released on the Wii, it is VERY much in my best interest to get AT LEAST a PS3. As for the Wii-U, well, you know me: hardcore Sonic AND Nintendo fan).

Resolution 6: Save up to either buy or build a gaming computer capable of letting me play Sonic Generations (this one is most DEFINITELY optional for me, and will probably not happen)

So as you can all see, I have much planned for the year of 2012. Some things I'm sure I'll be able to do, others....eh, not so much. But I'm sure I'll have all of your support over the course of the next 365 days!

.......Er, now if you'll excuse me I have to go. Crystal just pulled a keg of beer & several bottles of wine out of the fridge, and she's not exactly one to be able to hold her alcohol that well. Happy New Year everyone!
