Technically if sheezyart does not allow an artist to remove his/her work, then sheezyart is breaking the law, regardless of what the Terms of Service say. A TOS cannot override copyright law, no matter what the admins would like to believe. Total control of an artist's content REMAINS with the artist, unless they have given EXCLUSIVE control to SheezyArt. In the Submission Agreement, it very specifically says that SheezyArt has NON-exclusive control to display content submitted. I don't think this is Sheezy messing around with copyright. From the looks of it, they're not taking credit for the work; they're just being weird and not letting the banned remove the work. I don't get it, but hey. I don't post in these community places.
