Disappointed

My Civil Protection Costume came out well, I should get pictures up on here as soon as I can when ever I get my laptop, which now seems like never, which ties into my family's typical behavior.
Okay, I knew there was nothing they can do about it, but they postponed me getting a laptop four times now. I knew this was going to happen.

Birthday: "We spent too much money on your birthday."

All I got was boots (Cheap ones too.), and about thirty dollars well spent on a Irish Restaurant for everyone at that day. There is no need to use that as a excuse, they just had to be honest with me.

Week one: "Not enough."

Okay, second time, no biggie.

Week two: "Still not enough."

Alright, third, I will give you guys the benefit of a doubt next time, but this does seem a bit repetitive.

Today: "They cost too much."

Okay, now I know there are other things to pay for so I can use the laptop, and that they raised in prices, but they got my hopes up, and made it seem like I am going to get the laptop soon. So over at the place where I could of gotten them, I just told my parents that I don't want to hear about how sorry they are and so on.
Just making it seem like I am going to get something soon, and not getting it at that promised time for more then three tries, is not going to set with me at all.

No I am not spoiled or just upset I did not get a laptop, it is just my family. I do not mind a bit on waiting for a laptop, but like I said: It will not set with me if you promise something that I will get soon, and at that time you tell me to wait again.
I would be fine with being told next month to get it, but if it is going to be week by week by week, I just don't want to hear it.

Also yesterday, my parents made me walk around, up and down a hill looking for a house my Mom's friend lives at (He made a haunted house.), not given a proper address made things not easy for me in the costume, and the PMG Gas Mask lenses were being covered in my sweat, making it more difficult to see where I am going.

What made it hard to see with the gas mask:

-Cannot wear my glasses.
-Lenses were a bit dirty.
-Reduced sight at the sides, so I really have to turn my head in order to see what's left or right from me.
-Sweating a lot under there.

So yes the joke is on me wearing a PMG, but I am just telling you why I am frustrated at my parents as it is.

I am thinking of telling my parents one or the other things to say to them:

- "Okay, next week then."

- "I will wait till Yule (My December Holiday.)"

- "Fuck it, I get the message, no laptop for the retard."
