It was either Scribblenauts or the new Mario RPG. I chose Scribblenauts. I don't regret my choice, for various reasons.
One, I don't really see Scribblenauts as an action-y game, more as some sort of mutant form of the old point and click adventure games, combined with a really strange physics sandbox. That appeals to me.
Two, it's something new, and it's always nice to support things like that with the way games are nowadays. It doesn't really forgive them for the terrible controls, but luckily there really isn't a penalty for losing outside of doing the level over again, and the levels are all short. If you lost Ollars for failing a level, then we'd have a problem. With all the interest they've garnered, hopefully they'll be able to make a sequel or something with less backwards controls.
And three, I figure if I'm not familiar with the characters that will be used for the inevitable Bowser's Inside Story roleplay accounts I'll be less annoyed with them I wasn't really in the mood for another RPG right now.

I was looking for a reason not to buy it so that I could stop wanting it so badly.
Thank you.
When the hell did you get another DS?
Nypherus Says:
D-Pad controls, plox. :V
frozen scent of love Says:

I would've gotten Scribblenauts, but Bowser's Inside Story had grabbed my attention first.

AndyXP Says:
