Write a script that posts a sheezyart journal saying "I HAVE DIED LOL" on a Sunday unless it is reset by you. Make sure your family knows not to turn off your computer if you die so that the script won't be reset.
It'll check if it's been reset every Sunday, if not, it posts the journal.
Either that or you could build an Arduino that checks your pulse on your arm and sends a message to the script to post the journal if you die. You would have to constantly be near a wifi network for this to work though, or maybe you'd just get lucky and pass by one as you're driven to the hospital in an ambulance.
