Disappointed

First off - CONTEST WITH $$$$. 8D

My god...you people need to sit down and shut up about the Disney Marvel merge. Apparently no one has any idea how the hell business works around here, so lemme put it in simple terms;
Just because Disney is buying Marvel doesn't mean MARVEL IS GOING TO DIE OMG. That would only be the case if Marvel was selling themselves to Disney or vice versa. a MERGE is when the companies come together, not one of them dies. It means they'll have much better funding for projects and verification that shittier movies don't get made...like that god damn piece of crap 'The Incredible Hulk' movie. If they changed everything about Marvel, then Marvel fans would drop out in seconds - AND THAT IS BAD FOR BUSINESS. Disney doesn't want that. Marvel was already selling out and going down the shitter - why on earth would you think Disney merging now would be bad? I AM SO SICK OF SEEING A MOVIE ABOUT SUPERHEROS COME OUT EVERY DAMN WEEK THAT NO ONE CARES ABOUT.
"They're going to make it all kiddie and start making disney/marvel crossovers!" .....yeah, ok, but marvel was already attempting to brainwash children and how are Disney/Marvel crossovers bad? That would be FREAK'N COOL. Hell, I dunno about you, but I wanna see Donald Duck turn into Carnage in Kingdom Hearts 5. That would actually entice me to play that game.

And let's take for example a very successful merge - When Disney bought Pixar.

Ok...now what happened there?

They got better and their 3D renders got smoother because they got more money to buy better shit. Therefore their movies got better and they could actually take the TIME to spend on their movies rather than POOPING OUT a movie every month to make money like a certain other company. *cough*dreamworks*cough* All that YOU'LL notice is with Marvels name now, Disney will be somewhere next to it. Who gives a fuck?

In other news, I can't submit anything to SheezyArt. This is kind of the last straw for me since as we all know, there have been issues with this site for quite sometime. I know ChannelCats busy and all, but he could be making a FORTUNE with this site if it ran better. Hell, I would totally buy this site off of him RIGHT NOW if he named a price. I'll hire people to run it and maintain it. Hell, maybe even do a MERGE with some other site. Who knows.

I'm not leaving Sheezy or anything...never. I do love Sheezy still and I hate to betray it like this, but since I am unable to submit any artwork, I'm going to be building a profile on the new ArtAlleys site. Although it is completely dominated by furies right now, which I'm not too keen about, I feel things could change for it very quickly and it has a lot of potential. The name doesn't imply it's for furies only and I can tell is very dedicated to it and really cares about making it 'similar to sheezy but better'. It's an investment I'm willing to put input into...hell, I'd even like to help him moderate it. Lemme know if you're interested, MW!
