Since now I'm in 12th grade and next year I'll entering university, I'm confuse about choosing university. The one that I want is a very good design univ, but it has very expensive fee. It's about US$16500. What should I do to help my parents? I want to gain money by doing commission, but I really doubt people will commission me. I think there's only way I can do for now. I'm so desperate...

Start by looking for scholarships and contests. Fastweb.com is a good place for that. Most of the ones there fall into the categories of essay, merit, or creativity, and I think you'd definitely pick up some money the third way. Not $16 thousand, but definitely enough to make a small dent in the price.
Oh, and does the $16k per year include room and board + meals + services? Because if it does, that's really not bad for a private college.

so use this opportunity very well!! Maybe you should design a poster or some ad about you taking commissions and post it in all your websites. I'm sure people would LOVE to ask you to draw something! And besides taking commissions, how about selling stuff around your neighbourhood or at school? You could make some bookmarks, keychains, chibi art, there's so much more!
BUT I have to be careful not to attract my teachers' attention, or its me getting punishment HURRR)

Well, good luck in earning the money. I'm happy to hear that you feel for your parents in having to pay for university. Just do your best. Remember, every parent's wish is just to see their children growing up to become successful! :)
