I had a fun experience yesterday.

No, really.

Got some stuff done and went off to work. Checked the schedule for next week and found my name wasn't on there. Firstly, I did freak out, but then I realized that MAYBE I was being switched to the other store. My manager is leaving, so the manager from the other store is taking over ours and a fresh, new manager will be taking over his, so people are being switched between stores.

John comes in and I ask him and, guess what, I was right. I am being switched to the other store. No one told me this and what makes me frustrated is that Troy told me on Monday he was being switched there and never told me I was too. He was told to tell me about it too! That guy... James is also being switched up there too, which Darnell protests about because he doesn't like the guy. I can see why, because James likes to talk about people behind their backs, like he's superior. I get along with him, though, so I just won't get into it because I don't want enemies. Makes the workplace uncomfortable, y'know?

Anyways, I got my Photoshop class dropped. Dunno if Jim will give me another class but if not, doesn't matter. I'll still be ok and one less 3K I have to worry about paying back.

Today I went to school, and tried to track down my elusive program director (the guy that schedules my classes and what I should be takin'). The guy is almost NEVER in his office, you gotta search the whole school to find his butt. But, yeah, like I said, I got my Photoshop class dropped and I just need to bring in textures to show that I do understand what the class offers and I can do it.

In Game Analysis we basically got our characters rollin that would fit into our video game world and explained what elements our game would have, and also what kinda gamers it would target. Haven't explained mine yet, because I have nothing to explain... still workin on it. Yet, I think mine will target the Storychaser gamers, along with Treasurehunter gamers.

Afterwards, I went to the arcade with some classmates, Nik included (Super Sonik to those that recognize that name). Had lotsa fun. The girl we went with knows her games, including DDR and this drum set one... she rocks.

Then I left to make sure I get up the hill in time for house cleaning. Stopped by Gamestop in the mall to get my schedule for the next week and to also meet with who I would be working with. I'm starting to dislike my new arrangement, but I won't complain. There's pros and there's cons.

Got home, doin' housework cuz my grandma will be here tonight... so... I be doin that, but I wanted to take a minor break before I started cuz I'm tired and hungry.
