Okay, things that are going on...

Rehashing the storylines of the stories is going slower than I'd like. Mostly because I've been distracted...by watching Code Geass. I thought once I got to the last episode of the first season, I'd have some closure and be able to do some work before going to the next season. BUT NO. THEY ENDED SEASON ONE ON A MASSIVE CLIFFHANGER. It just couldn't rest that way. >( So, yeah. I'm sorry about that...

Welshi will be here from Sunday to Saturday. SO BRB FOR THAT TIME. ^.^()

I start school again the next week, first day being on that friday, September 4th. Early class. Man, that's gonna suck. Anyway, there schedule is two classes on Tuesdays, essentially spanning from 1pm-10pm - another moment of suck. Then Fridays are 8:30-11am, and one online class. All of my classes are on one day of the week. I really hope I don't burn out from this. @.@ I'm so close. It's the first half of the final stretch!

Health news! I went to the doctor to get a CT scan when she became concerned about my sinus drainage. In order to give me anything for it, she had to have me get the scan so she could formally diagnose me for the prescriptions. Well, things weren't as nice as we thought. It turns out I have a cyst in one of my nasal sinuses, and one of the sinuses behind my eye is completely blocked. Nice. So, she's starting me tomorrow on a nasal steroid spray thingy and an pill stereoid thingy. Hopefully it'll do the trick. I've had sinus drainage for a while, since I got sick bad once in high school. I constantly feel like I have to spit, like I have a build-up that I'm going to choke on. And now, I've been getting dizzy now and then and lightheaded. I'm wondering if that's the one behind my eye doing that. We'll have to see if it makes it go away.

I'm looking for another job. I'm sick of working for GameStop. I've asked one of the other managers if the store manager has said anything about me, like if she feels I'm not working hard enough or doing enough. Even though I've been assured the store manager is very happy with my effort, it still feels like none of it is being recognized elsewhere. While once in a while, I might get a "Good job", it's not often. The times when I'm told that I'm doing wrong, it's done in a way that makes me feel like none of my other efforts mean anything. I'm also not happy with the fact that no matter how hard I work, if I don't get those damn subscriptions and reserve by the end of my shift (as I usually only have one for the week to make those numbers), I won't get hours later in the month when scheduling is done. If you go by numbers only, then no, I suppose I'm not a good employee. I don't like to force or heckle people into buying shit they don't want. Customer service-wise, however, it seems like most customers are pleased with how I serve them. So, I don't know. I'm just tired of it. If the company policies were just a little different as to not shit on the employees, then I'd still be happy there. But, no one really stays at GameStop forever, unless they want to be managers. I've been there two and a half years. It's time to move on, I think.

Umm...Yeah. I think that's it.
