Mood

Ok. I'll be posting this small summary of what happened in California this past week. If you would like a more detailed version with purty pikturz, look out for Spanio's entry.

I'm going to try to remember everything I could from this week.

Tuesday-
Arrived in LA with Spanio at 9:30PM. I was picked up by Josh,, Arin, and Jaxxy at the airport. We went to this Japanese mart, picked up some sushi and onigiri, then we went to this place called Volcano tea and got some Taro Bubble tea. It was some good stuff! We went back to Josh's place and fell asleep shortly after.

Wednesday-
Woke up at 7:30AM, got ready to take a train to San Diego with Josh and Arin. The train was very loud but it was fun to have friends there. We arrived at San Diego at around... 2 or 3PM I believe? There, we walked to the con then we met Tom Fulp and... I believe the other guy's name was... Tim? They took us to Josh and Arin's hotel where we dropped our stuff off. Then we walked back to the con and enjoyed preview night. I bought this Scott Pilgrim shirt. One to the right.. After that, we met up with Skraggy and Fernando outside. We back into the con and I bought an adult grab bag. Good times. After that, we all went to meet up with Ross, Faye,, CC, and Spencer at this place called Dick's. Basically, the whole gimmick was that the waiters were rude and everyone threw paper around and blah blah. It was pretty meh but who cares? I got to spend time with my friends. The group split afterwards when Arin and Josh went back to their hotel. We went with CC to their hotel to pick up our bags. There I saw Swain and I met Harry. Then we all went to our hotel and we crashed.

Thursday-
Day 1 of the con. We showered and made our way to the con on the trolley. Me, Spanio, Fernando, and Skraggy spent the majority of the time together. We met up with [http://tidus-backlash.deviantart.com]Chris Zito[/url] and his girlfriend Steph and Cory. Cory gave me this really sweet fanart. :> After, I think Skraggy might've broken off, I don't really remember. We went to the Newgrounds booth, and there I met other people like Yotam and Kirbopher. I unfortunately barely remember much of anything that happened AT the con. The only thing I still really remember after was dinner at TGIFriday's with Ross, Faye, Skraggy, Fernando, Cory, Spanio, Steph, Zito, and Wonchop? I think? Oh and meeting Mike Ruocco. Some friends broke off from the group, but whatcha gonna do? Anyway, it was a pleasure meeting all of you guys. I think later a few of us watched some of the movies from the adult grab bag? Was that that night? Bluh...

Friday-
Day 2. Most of the time it was me, Spanio, and Nando together. We went and met Bryan Lee O'Malley, creator of Scott Pilgrim. It made me giddy. Whee. He was a swell guy! I think. I also met Meredith Gran, creator of Octopus Pie. Then we all went to this Mexican restaurant to eat and we drew drawings of Luis. I don't remember much besides that.

Oh yeah, we met Monty Oum, creator of Dead Fantasy. Swell guy!

Saturday-
All I can remember was wandering the con and the Newgrounds party at night. Really great party, drank a little. Socialized. I met Ryan Miller and his girlfriend Jenna. Very nice people! I had fun talking to them. Oh yeah, I also met Jared of Pure Pwnage and Maddox of ... Maddox. Fangasm.

Sunday-
Uh... last day of the con... we bought some last minute things, some Eva toys, and other things I can't remember right now. That night we recorded lots of stuff? It'll be up sometime. Zito and Steph left. :< Sad.

Monday- Went back to LA. Nando left. Faye and Ross went back to her place. Spent our last few hours with Josh, Skraggy, Spanio, and CC. CC is the king of jokes. Funniest guy on the planet. I picked up FLCL at this Japanese store. We spent some more time with just me, Spanio, and CC. We went and ate fries at Carl's Jr. Mm. He dropped us off at the airport at around 11ish and we got on our plane home.

Tuesday-
We got into Cincinnati at 7AM and our friend Sean picked us up. We went back to our apt. and relaxed. I had a three way and a coney for lunch with some sweet tea. Delicious.

Now it's 12:45AM, Wednesday. I work at 8AM.

Back to my boring life working at my shitty job.
