I've had some issues with art theft this week so I decided to make a Terms of Usage journal that I can link to on each artwork I submit henceforth. I never wanted to watermark my images but I always said the day that my art started to be ripped that I would do so. So sadly, I'm going to have to start watermarking my images as well.

1.) Artwork only purchased through CILM may be used for purposes such as tags and signatures.

Please note: I have not had any issues with this. All the PSP groups and taggers have been wonderful since I joined CILM and I'm very happy with how everything is handled through them. However, I do have some people ask on occasion if they can use my work so figured I throw this one in.

2.) Any line art images (unless otherwise stated in the description) are available for coloring practice. I require that you show me the final image and give me credit for the line work and a link back to the original piece. You may not reproduce your final piece or claim it as your own character.

3.) If you want to use my artwork as a reference ask first. I understand using artist's works for practice and I'm always willing to help a new artist. However, you may not claim the pieces as your original creation. This is consider a violation of copyright and I will take appropriate actions.

4.) My fan art pieces are not to be used in any manner (quiz images, loading screens, etc) without my written permission.

5.) None of my work may be used for commercial purposes. If you are looking for a commercial piece then contact me for details on a commission. You must specify that the commission is for a commercial use in order for my to relinquish the correct rights.

6.) If in doubt, ask me first!

Hopefully that will clear up any issues when it comes to my terms of usage on my artwork I post in my gallery.
