World War III has been escalating for years to the point of a nuclear holocaust. The bombs have decimated everything except a few scattered citizens. The streets are littered with ashes and the rubbled remains of buildings after an attack that would make Hiroshima look like firecrackers. The stink of sulfur is strong in the air. Major communications are down from the blast and will not likely return. You were just out of range enough to suffer only minor injuries. But how long will you last?
