THIS A NEW GAME, NOT A REMAKE OR SO. SOURCES SAY THE YELLOW HAIRED GUY IS DESCENDANT OF ISAAC AND THE RED HAIRED GUY IS DESCENDANT OF GARET. That girl character is unknown though... Gets me curious.
