IN THE NEWS....

I'm so lazy that after I got sick shortly after the convention, I have yet to post up pictures and show you what I got. I will say one thing. I got an effing Makona that has moving ears. It's kickass. I'll go into more detail about the con as soon as I get those pictures up so... feel free to harass me about it to get me to it.

New Icon too! I was playing Pokemon Ruby, and then I was thinking that a lot of the people I watch have pixel sprite things for icons, I should get one too. So I went to work making one based off of the pokemon models :3 I kind of like it. Oh, then I cheated and just shrunk a picture of a mechanical pencil.

AND THENNNNN

That Benjamin Button movie... was sad. I won't elaborate, but It was sad, long, droning, but good. And I had a big stupid moment and didn't realize that he was being played by Brad Pitt until he got young. I'll go smash my head against a wall now...

ALSO...

I have been drawing. Amazing! I'm currently trying to come up with stuff for an OCT... and then drawing a few things on the side to practice techniques, and then maybe get a written story going for my latest OCs, then get going on making the next page for my comic on webcomics (same username as this if you're interested).

I'm also apparently a communications coordinator person for my school's Peer Leaders Organization. I suppose the teacher isn't tech savvy, (she recently joined facebook though) and once one of my friends eyed me deviously when she said she wanted someone who knew computers, I was in. I'll be doing a blog/newsletter thing, but a few people also agree with me when I suggested randomly to have a website for it. I wouldn't mind building yet another one so... who knows. I just have to wait for our next meeting and spring the idea out to her.

OH!!

Prom. I had my Junior prom. I went with my friends, who decided not to go with dates. I had no date, but considering the guys in my class.... I wouldn't want one. In the end one of my friends brought her sister whose one years younger, and then Friend A went with the boyfriend of Friend B. Friend B lives in Florida and didn't mind. Friend A's mom is old fashioned and irritating so she required Friend A to have a date before she allowed her to go so... that explains it

AND FINALLY.... THE END OF SCHOOL SUCKS.

For English class, we have 3 oral presentations.

1. Read a children's book to the class. I'm bringing a book that has buttons on the side that make noise. The book is the Gingerbread man

2. Persuasive Speech. I'm persuading my scantily dressed employee that her attire is inappropriate for the workplace

The third is a debate essay. I also have to make a presentation with notecards about a movie to tell to my Intro to Film Class. (I chose Changeling with Angelina Jolie. It's really good) AND THEN. I have to make a presentation for Spanish class. I'll either make a Spanish A-Z book with pretty pictures, or a How-To Video in Spanish.

P.S. I spent a rainy Saturday completing an entire level of GHIII within 4.5hrs. Shoot me. My fingers hurt.
