I may be addicted to the superhero comic 'invincible'. I just picked up issue 0 today and am currently half way through issue fifty at the time of writing this - this stuff is pure gold. It's a refreshing take on superhero stories with a knowing twist on how the stories are supposed to go. The writing is witty, the art is colourful and they arcs play out extremely well. A friend told me that they are being animated into motion-comics and I can't wait to see them in action. Though I'll have to wait for UK downloads to be available as currently they're only accessable for the states (dammit!!)

It's been a tough month so far at work, and I've been taking my mind off of it by playing around with Knave artwork and Adobe Premier to see how hard slicing it into a motion-comic would be compaired to drawing the next 4 books worth of chapters in my break times. I'm currently in the process of redesigning the Knave site, and all the (255+) Knave cards to date to make them more current and professional to match the way I work now, so maybe replacing the webcomic with semi-animated motion comic installments would work well as part of the update. That said it took me almost an hour to produce ten seconds of footage on friday (concept art to final animation with sound) so I'm thinking that maybe 5 minute episodes would be more than enough per chapter! It's deffinatly NOT taking the easy way out when you consider that I can draw 6 Knave pages in 20 mins tops.

Work on Golden Age continues, with me looking forward to hearing the beta versions of episodes 1-4 some time this coming week. Hopefully that will will take my mind off the work-related stuff that's been going down of late and cheer me up a bit.
