I just need some clarifications.

This is in regards to my last journal, where a girl had uploaded my artwork to her photobucket account.

I have just reported the artwork as copyright infringment, while I do not technically have a "copyright" I do have some rights to my picture, a poorman's copyright, if you will.

From my understanding, Sheezy owns any artwork, and has a copyright over them.

I have reported the image, and have explained that it not only violates my copyrights to the image, but SheezyArt's as well.

Am I right, in this assumption?
