I think all shelters are pretty much like that, it's really depressing. I'm glad I've gotten most of my kitties shelters (one was born a stray who happened to just walk in with our other kitties one day). It pisses me off how people can get a pet then abandon it so easily. It also pisses me off how people will just breed animals without a license and for the wrong reasons. These animals deserve so much better. *hugs her kitties*
