Just an old cowboy song:
My philosophy of life,
I learned as a child
Reading those old same grades
There were ladies in distress
And a hell of a mess
'Till a hero, showed her the way.
So I grew up believing
In things that decieved me
And easily lead me astray.
Threw quite a few years,
And some damn bitter tears
'Till I learned, a whole better way.
Now the years finally caught me,
And age finally taught me,
About what...a hero is.
Yeah, dreams are for dreamers.
And love's for believers,
But heroes, are only for kids.
When I hear,
"Daddy, daddy daddy! Read me a story!"
I know what a hero is...
Yeah, dreams are for dreamers.
And love's for believers,
But heroes, are only for kids.
