So, ya, life is kind of flip flopping for me right now. On the plus side, chirstmas was great, my job is cool, and me and my girl friend are doing extremely well! But on the other side, I'm really angry with my brother, I also am realizing just how inferior my art is to everyone elses and my last flash movie is totally sucking. I have decided to think of a few things I can probably do.
First of all, I realize that the sound in the last movie sucked, so im only making videos with either one recording or background music until i can learn flash well enough. I have also gotten to the point in which i say "Screw my Brother" because is have been bitching for about... well... 19 years now and he's 20... I have also decided that I must apologize to everyone about useing Sprite comics in the past without also posting the maker of the sprites, i know that it is art theft now and i am sorry.
Finally, i would like to ask that if anyone has any art tips on programs or on actual art that they would like to give or share, i am always trying to advance my abilities.
Thanks for listening.
TMan1617 Says:
art tips huh?
well usually when i wish to draw someone or something i havent drawn before, i copy an image of him/her/it onto an MS paint (or whatever art system you use) and pretty much copy the design.
like my pichu drawing
Divine Viewtiful Says:
hmm .
well , i did tell you just practice drawing .
and thats pretty much it for my tips .
also dont be so discourage . i seen your artwork and its fine , but if you want to inprove some more , then i suggest you practice . it helps alot .
Artemis Fowl Says:
Well I can't give you any advice on drawing.
But here are two great programs that will really help you!
Audacity: A fully loaded free sound editor!
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
Gimp: A free image editor (but more like Photoshop) that supports Photoshop images!
http://www.gimp.org/windows/
Audacity is great for removing all the noise you don't want in your sound for your movies and the Gimp is just like Photoshop but just for images not to make flash movies.
BlueFlashProductions Says:
If you need practice with drawing or something, I'd suggest that you could find something you wanna draw, and keep drawing it over and over and over and over and -slaps self across face-. Also, if you want to draw better, one thing I'm doing now is using a finer brush in flash, which I found to help a ton.
