I heard that a teacher lost the right to give courses in Connecticut because while giving lessons suddenly porn pop-up windows appeared on her laptop during a projection. She got fired, had to pay a fine, and her whole career went down the drain because she was *showing porn to kids*.

I think this poor woman shouldn't get charged with anything and that the IT-department should get a royal whip on their asses should there be proof of negligence on their behalf.
Seems she got a new attorney who also sees this as a moral scandal and flaw in the "good" judgement of the legal system in Connecticut.
Seems like anything is possible indeed in the US...
