Well it's my first day here at sheezyart and I don't know if people will like me here or not. I mainly joined just to get a few pointers on sprites and to post a few of my pictures.
A lot of people here will be glad to give you pointers, but please please PLEASE don't upload a recolor or sonic edit. It's for your own protection, as this site has a lot of people who really hate them. That, and they're against the rules. If you're gunna post anything sprite, make it a comic, and try to put as much effort as you can into them. Not having photoshop isn't a good excuse, since I know personally it's possible to make a good looking sprite comic in paint.
Try to make original looking characters. I'm not saying they have to be perfect, but.... well, I'll just show you what I mean.
http://www.sheezyart.com/view/1756593/ <- These arew my sprites. Do I have hundreds of poses? Nah. Are they amazing? Not really. But I have much more pride in them than if I just recolored Sonic.
