Mika Arisaka - Life Goes On
The draft of my British History paper is done. That's the biggest hurdle for me this year. Now I can concentrate on the rest of the stuff I need to do.

I recently updated my journal from the 23rd of November. Basically, I've decided to take some elements of the story posted there and place them into another story some Tales fans may have seen me proposed for the next Tales game.
Basically, it started with a rather cynical princess being exiled from her home (though she doesn't care), then finding more to do with her own imprisonment. It originally split into three arcs, concerning the full symbolism of good, evil and balance:
In the good ending, it follows the typical RPG hero party versus villain story. Boom, villain gone, everyone's saved. The end.
The evil ending, however, would of placed the princess in an antagonistic light, and would of ended rather tragically. The world is saved and all, but at what cost to those involved?
The "balanced" ending is like the good one, but with more character development for the lead, other tragedies would of happened, but she would of ended up stronger in the end because of it; much stronger than in the good ending.
In a way, sort of like Fate/Stay Night, where each arc tends to develop the main character more and more, while expanding on the story, yet progressively getting darker.

I then decided to make it my own as a visual novel, because I found it kind of unique in its execution and theme. The graphic aspect would also have allowed me to add in a special feature where for each ending, the main's hair would change color (Good and White, Evil and Black, Balanced and Mixed). The recent thinking to combine the story from before made me think of a novelized format again, and placing it in the world of CoT. In that format, it would start with the good arc, go into the evil arc, and end with the balanced arc. With that one:
Good: The main character hangs out with the other characters, and has to solve a mystery. Several story arcs tied into one.
Evil: She goes off on her own to do something, or something happens and she has to be hunted down.
Balanced: Something else happens involving another villain, and she rejoins stronger than before. Story ends here.

That's about all I got regarding the idea I've got in my head. Romance probably wouldn't play a big role, as usual. Probably will take the time in the future to collect my thoughts on it, but this would be my third serious story project (CoT, Cannibal, This).

Also, still looking for critique for the new name for Chronicles of Terra, either "Red Moon/ Twilight Sky," or something else.
EDIT: Frankly, I'm gonna call it "Red Moon" for now, until something better comes along or it sticks.

From your last journal, I wanna say something with "Spectrum" in it, as your themes seem to cover the entire spectrum of those specific themes. Ignore me if I don't make sense. I just wrote an exam.
