Here is sample of Sheezy's last update:
One of our goals with Sheezy Art is to make it a family friendly website. We want all people of all ages to be able to visit Sheezy Art and have an enjoyable and rewarding experience. In doing this, we are going to have to make some changes to the art we currently accept. As of January 16th, 2005, Sheezy Art will not longer accept or display adult art. This does not include mature art, and does not include art that contains tasteful nudity.
Perfect. Juuuust perfect. I thought that i had FINALLY find a good website to post my artwork, and now those stupid american puritans are going to ruin it once again. Great.
Bah, it doesn't matter: this website was barely acceptable anyway, with the comments impossible to edit or delete and the personnal icon that MUST be in 50x50 (never seen that anywhere before!).
Of course, i could only post my normal and mature artwork. But i HATE the idea of being forced to put my adult stuff somewhere else. It's everything or nothing. So, I guess it'll be nothing.
Good bye Sheezy. I hate you.

The lack of restrictions on adult material was one of the qualities of this site that made up for some of this site's problems. Once January 16th comes, I may end up deleting the rest of my stuff from this site. I'm non-committal about it though, it depends on other things that have been bothering me. For example, I don't care for the ads that have run at this site. Many of them have been for less-than-honest products and companies, such as Gator. Granted I don't actually see the ads, but I do note the domains in the popups I see for blocked cookies that come from my browser (Firefox), and I'm not impressed. I don't think I'd try to invite people to this site if there was a chance that they might accidentally install spyware on their computer, which would be the case if those sort of ads continue to run here.
The adult art was the redeeming feature of this site, but now its gone.

They are stupid. SA without the adult material is a clone of DeviantArt, only worse...
SA doesn't have a print service, and a smaller number of artists ; I don't see why I'd stay on SA while DA is better.
