got a haircut today.


oh.
I was so close to getting a great haircut that I wouldn't be upset over.
that last snip.

so my bangs were absolutely okay.
except for one snippet.
so Je dit:
"hrm. maybe this part should go, it's a tad too long.
so it would be like this, you know, sideways and slanty."

and& then the guy totally hacks off what's left of my bangs.
and& now they're short short short on one side, almost nonexistent.
they're so short on that one side, they're starting stick up and look horrrrrrrrible.
in maybe a month or so, they'll be brilliant.
but for this month, I don't know if I can go outside.


the little bit in the back wasn't cut well enough.
I may need to take a pair of scissors to it myself.
so I will let my hair settle down for a week.
then I'll do whatever needs to be done.


overall, it's actually pretty great.
my hair is sickeningly fierce.
this man has restored my faith in professional hair-cutters.
even though I may complain and be all whiney for a week.
