Aerosmith - "Livin' on the Edge"

Sadly, just when I got up the motivation to start uploading my photos from my most recent trip (a few trickled in you may have noticed), my monitor decided to die a rather unimpressive death.

It started on the top edge of the screen, a set of lines flashing once every minute or so... and then over the course of several days spread to the top 3 inches of my screen every few seconds until I nearly went insane. No amount of coercion or beatings would stem the tide of flashing pixels.

So now I'm muddling through on my old 16" backup monitor kept just for occasions like this. Seeing as my main monitor was driving me insane and my backup one has a viewable area smaller than any of my photos, things are all on hold until I get a new one.

On the other hand, I guess this means I'll enter the 21st century and get one of them new fangled LCD screens, eh?
