- "Blazing Earth" - Atelier Iris 2 Soundtrack
Yup, the Chibi King himself purchased a used copy of Kingdom Hearts and tried it out, after all you Chibi Rant fans out there urged me to
I've only beaten the Deep Jungle area and the Colosseum and I'm currently in 100 Acre Wood.
To be honest, the game doesn't really phase me that much. It's enjoyable at times, but there's WAY too many cameos. Other things I couldn't stand was that the camera was all over the freaking place, the item system although unique got really annoying after a while, and it just seems like one random Disney/Final Fantasy event after another without any kind of set organization of events.
So, although I didn't like Kingdom Hearts, I DID manage to pick up a decent RPG called Atelier Iris 2, a 2-Dimensional RPG for PS2. The graphics are a bit dated but it's a fun game with cute characters :)

anyway, I think the game concept is good, but the game overall frustrates me.

hahaha well I am impressed you went out & attempted the game but i must say you will enjoy KH2 alot more then the first one. I know what you mean & they fix that in the second game alot. But I guess it's all opinion.

Meh i got both KH and KH2, they aren't as good as many claim really, they're O.K. decent games, but not much more. Also, even though Qtipsy said they fixed the 2nd game, that's a bit of a lie, the item system is literately the same, there's still alot of cameo problems, both in cutscenes and in gameplay.

yea i definitly dont like KH wish the disney world stayed as they are instead of Mickey Mouse being a king and whatnots @@ oh well i dont like it one way or another
and about good rp games hmmm.....well in my taste i really enjoy FF12 lol

Have you tried "Blaze and Blade" for Playstation? I think it's awesome with great music and lots of interesting characters and enemies. ^^
Never heard about "Atelier Iris 2". I'll check it on Wikipedia.

Kingdom Hearts' item system actually annoyed me a little. I looked past that and had a much more enjoyable time playing it. Kingdom Hearts 2, however, was a bit better from the previous game's item system. Overall, KH2 was better then one. (Sometimes that's a good thing, a sequel better than the first.)
It's pretty damn cool that you did that.
If you're an RPG nut, try Breath of Fire 2 and DEFINATELY try Breath of fire 3. (Such..a ...good..game ;________; ) Also try Grandia II, Grandia III and Star Ocean III.
Ok, I'm pretty sure I'm done recommending stuff. For now.
But I'm glad you went out and tried it.
