I GOT IT i use ImageShack--> CLICKY HERE when you do use the for Forums (2) and post on the journal

Try this: [*img= URL] Remove the * and the space. Replace URL with the image link that you want. There shouldn't be any space between the brackets.
if you mean like all the time do what they said in the header/footer
