Cruising Together- NiGHTS: JoD

Okay...

I'm offcially obsessed with something new. GOD I JUST KEEP JUMPING FROM ONE TO ANOTHER I CAN'T SIT STILL.

But yes.

My friend at school had told me about this game a few times. I hadn't been to interested in it. I mean, I had seen commercials for it, and it actually looked really cool. That was like...Back...Last year (it came out in december).

But I kinda forgot about it once the commercials stopped playing. Because it was for Wii, which I didn't have yet.

But then my friend starts telling me about it recently. Then my brother offered to get me a new game for my birthday. I figured since that was the only game I could think of, I told him to get that.


So glad I did. Now, normally I don't become obsessed with any new thing I come across. And I wasn't even too into it when I got it. (Getting stuck in the first boss fights of games tends to discourage me.) But then after using a different controller to play it better, and getting really far.. It was so strange, I wasn't that into it, yet I woke up with the THEME playing IN MY HEAD. That's when I knew I was hooked. Hah.

NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams.

Is an awesome game.

And I'm obsessed.

And have been drawing him nonstop. (Him, her, it. He's got no gender so the player can interpret it as they wish. I just say male because everyone in the game does as well. And feminine boys are hilarious.)

But luckily for you guys, you won't have to get burried in it because I still haven't hooked my scanner up to my lappy. I've got some doodles I've done on oC, but I don't feel like posting them. A lot of them are horrid anyway, or inappropriate for showing to the general public. (I know, I'm horrible. But before you get any ideas, they're inappropriate for gore and baby-like creatures getting mauled. Not for porny stuff like YOU'D EXPECT, because I'm respecting the genderless thing.) (Or am I? Only one knows the truth.)

So yeah, I've got a new obsession. But you won't see much fanart for it. (Unless you really want to.)

In other news, I've got homework to do and I'm really frustrated with school right now. And my sleep schedule seems to have changed, so now I take a nap afterschool (around 20 minutes- an hour) and that somehow makes me stay up until 1 AM.

No, really. I went to bed at 1:30 last night and woke up a good ten minutes BEFORE my alarm went off. And was actually hyper through the day. I really like dancing, I've come to realize. Not actual dancing per se, but rather just swinging my hips and legs to some beat only I can hear. Becuase I'm apparently "crazy". If being happy is considered insanity, then throw me in the padded cell right now, Octavius.
