How do you move around the box thingies on your profile?

I mean, the boxes that hold your gallery, comments, shout, ect on your profile. How do you put them wherever you want?

I hope you understand what I mean. >_<

In other news, I got 200 watches!!!
I know that's not a lot, but I didn't think that it was possible.
