The issue is that people (as a majority) are better artists on Deviant art meaning SA is for "ok" or "thats art?!?!" artists.

It's the numbers I would think. They have just as many crappy stock artists there if not more but because they have so many more people you see more. There's always http://www.sxc.hu/ it's a less green teet
Stock of people? Or stock of places? I have a lot of random enjoyable nature stock I took... but no peoples... I suppose I know people I could stalk down... Particularly if you're looking for lolita-ness...
