Did I miss something or whatever? I've been more or less ignoring the internet entirely for Brawl since Sunday.

Not that I care about sprites anymore, obviously--hell, I haven't touched the things in years-- it's just a tad bit redundant.

During a boring class i looked up 'sheezyart' on youtube. some video of some guy addressing the "sprite haters" on sheezyart came up. i thought it was hilarious and posted it in a journal

payne serge posted a pretty funny angry video against sprite haters and now everybody's on "HATING SPRITES MAKES ME PART OF THE COOL PEOPLE" mode again and it's really fucking annoying because everybody thinks that rehearsing the same shit about original work makes them an intellectual

Honestly, think back through the 3(?) years you've been here. During that time, hasn't there always been some sort of drama going on about x, y or z? I remember when I started really becoming active on the site it was all about Sheezy 2.0 and how some people hated it etc. etc., then it changed to being anti-anime and hating "narutards", which led to the massive Favorite/Masterpiece/Yes/No drama. Im not entirely sure what happened after that because at this point I had become mainly inactive so I wasn't paying attention. But now there's this drama with the sprites, which just proves that Sheezyart practically runs on drama for fuel.

So I'm not really surprised by any of this, much less interested as I don't really care. It probably won't last till summer and probably get replaced by something even more stupid.

I mean, why am I even still here? I haven't even posted art for like months. I only stay because there's a small amount of lulz inherent in drama/troll faggotry.
