I'm not gonna lie.
DeviantART is even better than this place, drama or no.
I've never been to an art site with so many talentless fucks. I mean, yeah, there's prolly more on deviantART, but that's only because the community is larger. There's still a tonnnnn more talented//professional artists on there than there are here.
I mean srsly. I just looked at the popular section on here 10 seconds ago and only saw on GOOD picture. Like that Anusboy shit or wtf ever. Really, are we THAT hard up for ideas? I'm sorry, and I know art is in the eye of the beholder...but the beholders here seem to be fucking nearsighted or something. Would you ever see that shit on the top of dA's popular list? NEVER. People there, no matter HOW BIG of assholes they can be, know what makes a good work of art.
But whatever.
I'm obviously not gonna permanately leave this place, as I do have a FEW artists on here that I like and look at thier art everytime I log in [once in a blue moon].
Just saying though. That's the reason I'm not on here much.

i don't always agree with the artworks in the popular section either, yet then again, i've never had an artwork in the popular section...my complaint, maybe a lot of really good artworks (not saying mine are good) are skipped over quite frequently, and never make it there.

popular section sucks here, though I never look at it anyway(or front page for that matter).
