Sure, it may not have been a bashing on me, but it was enough to sicken me.
I'm not going to give any information about them, because that would reinforce them to keep acting like that by making them better known, but I will tell you what's going on.

ATTENTION! ANYONE WHO WISHES TO READ FURTHER: PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH. THERE IS SOME INFORMATION FOR YOU, TOO.

Some of you may not know, but I am an admin, -and apparently the owner, now that the original creator has left once again- for a certain message board supporting the TailsXCosmo coupling. In my working as an admin, I've never had to deal with anyone outright bashing any of the two characters.

In the last couple of days, I had to ban and tell-off some jackass who TOOK THE TIME OUT OF THEIR DAY to join a pro-Taismo forum, write a half-assed anti-Cosmo fic, and proceed to make more of an idiot of themselves on the forum's chat-box.
Now, I'm going to tell you what I posted on the forum's announcements. This goes not just to them, but anyone who thinks it's worth it to try something like this:

This shrine was made in support of -shockingly- the TailsXCosmo pairing, and for the individual characters themselves. Not supporting the couple, or having negative views on either of them is one thing, but when you come here just looking for some attention and decide to make a moron out of yourself, that's when you're removed off the face of our forum.
We don't care if you hate Cosmo, (You know who you are), we're not going to pay attention to you.

Now, if you support some other pairing and not TailsXCosmo, I have absolutely no right to ban you for that, no matter how implausible or improbable it is, and you have every right to voice your opinions. What right you do not have, however, is to bash anyone for anything, not even the characters. I'm pretty sure libel is illegal, anyway.

If you want to join this forum and take an active part in the conversations, I will happilly let you. Everyone here joined because they supported Tails, Cosmo, and the coupling, so they won't be as lenient to you as I am right now. Just don't try to make a name for yourself. You know what I'm talking about. If you want to turn yourself around, just let me know.

Until then, hope you enjoyed your 15 minutes of fame, because they are up as of right now. You will not become famous, and we are just going to forget about you.

Now, I have something to tell the people who think it's worth it to go right back and flame the flamers:

You are no better than they are.

Ever heard of a term called "reinforcement?" In psychology, it essentially describes something that makes a person think that it's worth it to do something. When they bash a character or coupling that they support, they are LOOKING FOR YOUR ANGER. They WANT you to get mad at them. THAT'S their reinforcement.

You know how to counteract their behavior? Do what I say the forum-goers in my message board should do: ignore them and forget about them. If you can't ignore them outright, state seemingly calmly how and why they are wrong, using serious and realistic reasons, THEN leave them to rot. Don't tell anyone their name/nickname/username/whatever, either; they're just looking for attention, and that's only going to help it.

So, anyone who reads this and think they should take action, don't. Don't go looking for the basher, the one mentioned here or some other one you know or are told about.

Also, please don't go looking for my forum just to fight back. We ARE looking for more members, many of which have yet to return, but I do not want to condone reinforcing this idiot.
