I was wondering.
Does anyone out there have sleep problems?
And no .... I don't mean insomnia.
I mean where you sleep TOO much.
if no one attempts to wake me up (or they do and I ignore them) I can easily sleep 12-14 hours at once.
That has to be unhealthy. I don't think I even know what it means to "wake up refreshed" because I always feel like crap when I do wake up.
mehh, I'm tired of sleeping my day away. usually I don't sleep forever when I have friends spending the night though. e_e what.
So does anyone have problems with sleeping in TOO much? What have you tried to stop it?

You just have to force yourself to wake up, and soon your body will adjust to getting less sleep. :c
Try setting your alarm clock across the room so you actually have to wake up, get up, and turn it off. xD I used to have to do that.. I'd turn mine off in my sleep.
