Well, I was doing this for a school project for my "Instructional Design" class, but the original videos we shot got messed up when the hard drive keeping them was corrupted on our Project leaders laptop.
The camera we filmed with, was a High Def digital camera that the school owned. The videos were ruined the night before the actual project was due, and I had to jump in and try to make up for the videos to save the ass of my whole team. Sadly, I never got the filming redone for the project, and since the High Def camera takes so long to stream the video to a computer, I had to make due with my cheap little digital camera.
The project was turned in unfinished and without video. However, our teacher decided that he loved our project so much, because of how well thought out and planned out the lessons were, that he wanted us to complete the project anyway so he could show it off to other students in his future classes.
So, I redid the How To Draw lessons for the project, and well heck, I put my Emerald Angel Entertainment label on it, because well it's my work, and I decided to upload the videos to YouTube as well as just stick them in the project. There are a total of 7 lessons filmed, and I've uploaded the first lesson to both YouTube and MySpace. I plan on uploading the other 6 in the next few days. There are also Lesson Sheets, Work Sheets, and Activity Sheets that anyone can print up and learn to draw from that go with the videos. A little something for everyone.
I felt it could help someone out there learn to draw a little bit better. The sound quality is crap, but ... it's a cheap camera what can I say?
I hope everyone finds these useful. I felt like the whole project ended up a waste of time, except that these might actually help someone learn something.
