So, I'm not really dead. At least, not yet.
I feel so brain-fried right now. I'm currently running on 2.5 hours of sleep, and I still have 2 more final project left to work on. =_=;;
I've been sooooooo busy these past few weeks. I've had math exams, 3D animation projects, 3 environmental pictures to create for my sequential class, 50 pages due in a sketchbook, more 3D modeling.....the list goes on and on.
So, about the rock. Yeah....I did almost die from one.
Friday afternoon my roommate and I went to the mall (for the last time), and we we returning to the school via SCAD bus (every weekend SCAD has a shuttle bus that goes to the mall and back). It was dark by the time the the bus picked us. 5min. after leaving the mall, I suddenly hear a loud crash and a cloud of glass bits shower me.
Someone had thrown a huge slab of concrete threw the side bus window.
And I tell you, all of us were sooooooooo damn lucky that no one got hurt. The rock flew through the window at an angle that narrowly missed the guy's head who was sitting in that seat, and it bounced off the seat behind him (which was empty) and flew over my roommate's head, into the back seats (which was also empty).
The rock was about the size of a softball too 0_o
I have pictures (which I'll post later) of the giant hole that was in the window.
We finally get back to the dorm, only to find out that same night some of my friends were victims of an armed robbery right behind our dorm building, and our cafeteria (which is in the same building) caught fire. THE WORLD IS COMING TO AN END!
*sigh*
My laptop is now nothing more then a giant paper-weight.
Apparently (thanks to norton), one of my registry...hive file...thing got corrupted or damaged, so Windows now cannot start. ;_;
It really sucks because allll my new linearts and WIP are on my laptop. I hope I can get it all back ~~~
Unfortunately I have to wait to bring it home till I can get it fixed.

On an positive note, I've been doing some 3D rendering in Maya lately. I'm actually quite proud of my work. It's an interesting challenge. I'm in the process of actually creating a 3D animation too. It's kinda cheap, but I'm proud of it :3
also..., HOLY CRAP MY BDAY IS ON SUNDAY (the 18th)!!!!!!! I'M TURNING 20!! D8
I'm getting ooolllldddd~~~~ nuuuu~
seriously, I can't believe I'm going to hit the big 2-0 already.....It's very weird, telling yourself that you're twenty.
Uhggg....back to work.....
*Goes back to watching her animation rendering*

Holy crap! That is INSANE! I hope the rest of your week isn't so... hostile! o___O;
Try to grab sleep when you can D: Working on final projects last minute sucks. X_x

Geek/No-life's advice: Nevar EVAR use Norton! All those corporate crapola anti-viruses are no good at all. They made my ol' junkmachine go band. Thrice.
Jolie Says:
Geez! I don't under stand why people do crazy things like that. We've had kids here in Houston busted for dropping things into highway traffic from overpasses in the past. They were very lucky they didn't seriously hurt or kill anyone.
I recommend AVG for virus control. There are free and paid versions. The free version doesn't have quite the same features, but it's sufficient for protecting you from viruses in emails and online.
