Hmm, since my journal from September a lot has gone on. Where to start...
I went birding at Holiday Beach and got to help out at the banding station. It was really cool, I got to release passerine after passerine, even a few hummingbirds (though I wasn't allowed to assist in banding them since you need a special license in order to handle hummingbirds). It was SO fun. X3
I have also started a forum on proboards for a number of reasons and motivations. Yes, it is bird-related, what else would I make?

But please, check it out, it may be more than you expect from me and we only have a few members right now. :3

I've been starting to get sick again, similar to last year when the artery to my lungs clogged or something like that. I go into atrial fibulation a lot which makes me feel kind of light-headed and sluggish. Blargh. :<
Apart from that, a lot of things seem to have been dying lately, Alex the African Grey, Goat's dove, Rubi's lovebird, and Taku the Orca. It just ends up making you worry about your own animals and how unavoidable their death is. If all goes as it should, I'll outlive all of them except for Cielo, whom it is questionable. I don't want to outlive them though, it's not fair, especially to poor Ginny and Louie, both of which spent 6 years of their lives in some god-forsaken hell-hole. You just do what you can to make their lives better, even when you can't heal the scars of the past. Other animals tend to live in the moment, but is that good or bad? I guess there's no point in worrying about a future you can't control, so do you just sit and twiddle your thumbs waiting for it to come?
And thus ends my stupid drivel. I can't even write. ;_;

ON A BRIGHTER NOTE, school has been going well. o_O I didn't even know that was a possible feat. Latin 2 is a lot more work than Latin 1. We don't fool around as much anymore, though my teacher is still excellent.
Akala Says:
You're too young for atrial fibulation. Also, Latin was fun for me, probably because I just love languages, but I didn't get to take it senior year cause it interfered with jazz band, and I wasn't going to go another year without jazz. Sorry, Latin!
As for your animal problems, well...I miss my birds. I've had really bad luck with them lately...I miss my dog, too, but he has a remaining life expectancy of another ten years or so. Also, I try not to worry about mortality. It happens.
Picana Says:
Ur always so lucky to do those birding activities!
I don't know what to say about ur sickness though....I don't see y it can't just disappear T^T forever and ever.....I truly hope things brighten up for u EXREMELY SOON.
