Posting from my laptop. My main computer hasn't turned on in the past few days. I'm seriously concerned, because I have no idea why this is happening.

So, when I got my last issue of Nintendo Power, one advertisement that caught my eye was one for a game called Drawn to Life. The advertisement made me think "Eh, no way in hell I'm ever going to run across that game's path." Funny I said that. Today I experienced something known as "irony."

Now, let's flash forward to today : another long, tiring day at West Boca Community High School where I have to put up with the typical Boca brat bullshit behavior. I was heading to the bus loop, and just my luck… the bus was late. After 25 minutes of waiting, the bus finally came and to my surprise, I found a DS game chip on the floor. When I picked it up, I thought it was Yoshi’s Island DS, but knowing God's sense of humor, it was Drawn to Life. I feel kinda bad about taking it, I’ve lost quite a few games over the years, none of which I’m happy about, and despite it being relatively average, I didn’t want to leave a perfectly good DS game on the floor. Besides, people ransack the lost and found at my school all the time, the school board doesn’t give a shit if people lost their DS game, so I guess neither should I. It’s not a bad game, but I don’t see myself getting into it, so I’m planning on trading it in to my local Gamestop this weekend.


In other news, does anyone here have Nicktoons Network? If so, I’d advise you to stop watching it. Maybe my memories jarred a bit, but I swear there’s been no Rugrats, Angry Beavers, Zim, Ren and Stimpy or Rocko on in weeks. All I’ve been seeing are the awful shows that are made on no budgetd with no effort. Checking the schedule crushed my hopes, I saw nothing but My Dad The Gene Simmons and Krappy Mikey or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Submerse Myself into Japanese Culture.

How could they do this? I really wish I knew the name of the moron/s involved in these decesions. Nicktoons was supposed to redeem the failures of Nickelodeon, not repeat them. It’s bad enough that my favorite channel to watch when I was a kid has gone down the crapper, but…COME ON VIACOM. YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO DESTROY THE SITH NOT JOIN THEM. YOU WERE MY BROTHER, AND I LOVED YOU.

And that's about it.
