Whelp thanks to whatever was on my computer it messed up the Oleaut32.dll, I learned that if this DLL is messed up in anyway or deleted, you won't be able to open anything except for a few programs X__X (Only Paint Shop Pro Worked )

So I didn't know what to do, and I was afraid to download the dll off dad's pc, but my mom ended up doing that anyway.

My computer supposively has a Trojan from looking at a few selected places in the memory, but its more than that I believe.

My PC isn't fixed, just fixed enough so that I could save my files, and get online.
I hope I can get Windows XP on here during the process of re-formatting it
