Yeah, it's been a while since I've posted on here...again! Seems I keep forgetting I've got a gallery here...I mostly post on my DA and FA archives.

Been keeping busy. Was at C-ACE, Anthrocon and AnthroFest this year. This was the last year for C-ACE *sad!* and it was kinda bitter-sweet...loads of fun, but really sad that it was the last year. Many tears were shed. AC was TONS of fun! I met so many people, but do you think I can remember them all? No way! It was like one big furry art whirlwind blurr now. AnthroFest was in it's 2nd year up in Montreal...lots of fun :)

It's been slow-going, but I'm slowly getting my "homework" done from those conventions...No idea as to when I'll be taking commissions again...but it'll be a while I imagine. And even then, I think I'll be taking a break from conbadges for a while. They're coming out of my eyeballs!!

I'm getting more and more involved with the SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism). We're just a bunch of people who like to re-create historical periods, anywhere from 500 BC to 1600 AD. It's a lot of fun! I've gotten back into archery, and my hubby and I are in our shire's cooking guild...and I'm looking into getting into scroll illumination work and pewter crafting.

My hubby and I are planning our webcomic. I don't know when it'll be released yet...but it'll be all hand-drawn and coloured in Photoshop...shading, textures and everything. That's also very slow-going, because of the amount of detail I'm putting into it. But once it's ready to be made public, I'll probably announce it here (or on my DA and FA journals, just in case I forget to put it here too).

We also have a puppy now! :) Her name is Bella, and we've had her since April, and currently she's 7 months old. She's a border collie/hound mix (I'm thinking that the "hound" is probably greyhound). She's just been a bundle of joy (and mischief!!) for us :) I couldn't have asked for a better puppy :)

So yeah, just been keeping busy. I'll try not to be a stranger around here *waves!*
