Today is my last day as a student employee at Illinois Central College. At 4:30, CST, I leave behind three years at ICC for good.

Hoo boy, heavy stuff. I don't even have a new job lined up yet. I do have my last two years of College ready, though. Next wednesday, I start at Bradley University. and I had to take out student loans for that one. eesh.

It's scary, yes, I said it, that "three-year-old" word, scary, starting out all over again. I'm where I was three years ago: new school, no job. I've held two jobs over the past couple years, (one a dead-end job as a dishwasher: glad I got away from there,) And I hope my next one will be enjoyable as well. The commute's longer, and on busier streets and through tougher neighborhoods. Tuition's increased approximately twentyfold. Furthermore, I won' t be talking to you guys as much over the next week or so, as I sort out my schedule and when I can talk.

I hate changes. I hate uncertianty. I hate being given the oppurtunity to make mistakes. but, it happens.

Here's wishing you the best of luck with whatever is sent your way in life.

I hope things will improve for you quickly. We're always given a chance to make a mistake, but we can always choose to avoid it, do it, or find another way. Remember that.
