I HAVE TO DO THE 10 ARTISTS THING, but I couldn't restrict myself to 10, so I have a few more~ xD
I tried to keep more unknown artists in Top 10, but I did stick some popular ones up there! :3

1; She's my numero uno amigo and an amazing artists! (secretly I'm jealous of her sketching ability! lol) I'm not a big fan of Sailor Moon, but her Sailor Stuff is still a joy to look at!

2; I'm also super Jealous of her sketches! I can't sketch at all, and hers always turn out so nice! She's crazy and fun to talk to and always does great pieces, rather traditional or oekaki! (She still needs to finish the neko boys too! haha)

3; Although she doesn't submit much, what she has up is a joy to look at! Her marker work is amazing! (she doesn't even use copics!) Plus she's drawing me Dashiell[my OC], 2 pics actually which makes me RLY HAPI cuz I can't wait to see how they turn out~

4; This girl's so talented and doesn't even have 1k pageviews yet! Her kitty boys are so cute! Not to mention she's fun to talk to~

5; She does super cute chibis! Some of the best! SO CUTE! I'm envious because I can't draw chibis for shitz! D:

6; This girl's hilarious! Her oekaki are LOVE! They're amazing! So much detail! And the way she colours them! I LOVE IT

7; Her art is so CUTE and I can't fanthom why she's not more popular! Her gallery is just a JOY to look at!

8; Her paintchat/oekaki are to die for! Elegant and soft! and not to mention all TTGL fanart! F00K YEAH! >D

9; She can draw the female body than I've ever seen! It's spectacular! I luff her arts!

10; Her marker work is AMAZING! Her lines are SPECTACULAR! Her ID music is AWESOME! Nothing to NOT love about Nillhenia!

I couldn't fit everyone I wanted into TOP 10, so here are some more!
Also, for some, a lot of people were featuring them, (for obvious reasons) and I wanted to give a shout out to them as well!

10.c If you don't know who Dybbuk is, then you're BEHIND ON THE TIMES MY FRIEND! She's started becoming very popular (and if you take a look at her gallery, you'd know why!)

10.d Everyone knows who this is! She's fantastic! Her photoshop skillz0rz are wonderful! And I can't wait for the tutorial she said she might put out sooN~

10.e This girl does some UBER CUTE plushies!

10.f Her lineart is so clean and pristine! I love looking at her OC's and gaia commissions~

10.g Her name and art is adorable! And I just LOVE her DeathNote stuff!

10.h Her oekaki is so cute! Plus she's a joy to talk to and a good friend!

10.i Her merboys, horned boys, and DBZ boys are always so fun to look at and so well coloured! She's also a friend of mine on sheezy!
