Earlier today , I read something that made me sick at the pitt of my stomach.
More so the thought and realization of todays world and its legacies. You see alot of the older bands from the 60's still playing, thats of course commendable. The issues is... where is our revolution? Our legacy to be proud of to send down into generations?
It seems to me that we are all going along with things and not making our own voice to echoe through out eternity, no rebelling , nothing in which stands out to be remembered.
This issue also seeps into the artworld of today. You rarely see any artists making any rebudle through thier pieces of work. Though, i hate to admit it but its mostly in our fantasies and I love fantasy artwork and am pursing it myself....but will those be remembered? Will it even matter in the future?
This makes me stop and think...will our generation leave thier mark? or become lost in time? Should I shift my pursuits?
Anyway, this thought just really got to me and I thought i'd share it and maybe hear some others views on this. Perhaps we all need to stop and think...what this means? o.o

I'm confused! ;0; you mean how artists keep copying others?
