The Yes/No system is a bit off to alot of people. On the one hand its too broad for those who may dislike a small portion or not view it as front page material. On the other hand there are those who just vote no to anything good just out of spite.
I think you're work is quite good so I wouldn't get too down on it, but thats how it is really, which is quite unfortunate really.
Don't worry about all the nos, people are just straight up mean... your art is awesome, don't let them get you down. Think about how psy feels sometimes too... I mean on her pics regularly she's got like... 70 nos. It's a really bogus system... I wish they'd do something to keep people from abusing the hell out of the system. It would make all the constant bs nos stop.

I think everyone is missing the point of the yes/no system. People 'no' things for two reasons:
1) If the piece has gotten front page, and it doesnt belong there/has been up for too long/people downvote it to get a piece they feel belongs up there instead.
2) Simply because it isnt front page material. I frequently fav things, but vote 'no'. It may be a good piece, but it just doesn't belong on the front page because it's just shouldn't be there.
I vote yes when I really like something and I'll favorite it. If I think it's only okay, or I like it overall except for a few parts, then I don't vote at all! That's how I give my "medium vote." Truthfully, I only vote no on pieces that I see FP'd and I go "Uh...how did this get here? It's not FP material." I'm not sure how other people vote...I think a lot of it has to do with moods. If someone is in a bad mood, they're more likely to be negative on whatever they're viewing. Then of course you could have the jerks who vote no to everything because they're spiteful or they're even trying to get their pieces PF'd and don't want anyone else to have higher ratings. The reasons are as wide and varied as Sheezy members! Don't feel bad about it. Just think for every one person who votes no, there's probably 5 who like your work and just don't bother with voting.
The rating system is corrupt. xD I just fav/comment and be done with it. :3 I don't rate unless I find it particularly horrifying (like a friggin' stick figure on the front page) or exceptionally beautiful.

It's mostly jealous I assume. What I would want to have on sheezy is that when people vote yes or no, that they also have to comment. But then again that would make sheezy less democratic.
I dislike the yes/no system because it is used badly. I'd also like people use honest criticism instead of just 'OMG I LIEK'
But I can't blame them for not doing so, because I'm not good at it either way.
Of course I forgot to say one thing. You have some people around on sheezy that just like to annoy others, by voting no or inserting mean comments on art. (I think it might come out of boredome and jealousy)
Ignore those. They don't deserve to live.
If I find anyone being rude in comments i'm so badly reporting them.
