Beat the Elite Four plus One Wednesday. I sacraficed sleep to train my Pokemon up, and decided to go ahead and try to trounce the Elite Four Plus One while I was at it.Here is the team I beat them with and the levels they were at when it was over:

Blosso/Roserade lv. 55
Fingal/Floatzel lv. 57
Warbeak/Staraptor lv. 55
Rockbottom/Torterra lv. 56
Infernape lv. 58

Against Aaron:
Most of his team fell in one shot against attacks from Warbeak and Infernape. Drapion gave me the most trouble, but two Earthquakes from Rockbottom took care of it.
Against Bertha:
Blosso and Rockbottom took out her team with about one hit per Pokemon. Except for her Hippowdon; that battle drug on forever, but Rockbottom eventually came out on top.
Against Flint:
Rapidash Solarbeamed poor Fingal, but Inferape and Warbeak were able to avange their fallen team mate but wiping out the rest of Flint's team.
Against Lucian:
My Crunchers Fingal and Koruki took care of the Psychic Types, except for Girafarig, who needed an Earthquake from Rockbottom to teach it who was boss. Infernape took care of Bronzong with no problems.
Against Cynthia:
Koruki took out Spiritomb with a combination of Toxic, Charge, and Thunder Fang. Gastrodon fell prey to Rockbottom's Razor Leaf, Earthquake and Giga Drain moves. Koruki dealt heavy damage to Milotic but was Knocke Out, so Infernape stepped in and zapped Milotic with a Thunder Punch. Garchomp was the toughest of the bunch, it took the combined efforts of Rockbottom, Warbeak, and Fingal to kill it. Roserade went out in one hit from Warbeak, and Infernape took out Lucario with Flare Blitz, even though the recoil knocked him out. (It was an accident, I SWEAR).

I've got the Poke Radar now, been trying to chain Pokemon to get Shinies but I'm not very good at it. My chains hit about 5 or 6 and then they break. I've already tried out the Pal Park; I brought over Ditto, Vulpix, Larvitar, Snorlax, Yanma, and Slowpoke from LeafGreen. I also brought over Taillow, Manectric, Linoone, Shroomish, Poocheyena, and Absol from Sapphire. I caught them in under five minutes. Here is the full list of Pokes I've caught since my last update: Bellsprout, Delibird, Gloom, Banette, Raticate, Lombre, Manectric, Linoone, Absol, Poocheyena, Shroomish, Taillow, Ditto, Vulpix, Larvitar, Snorlax, Yanma, Slowpoke, Piplup, Eevee, Sentret, Weepinbell, Oddish, Dewgong, Seel, Octillery, Unown B, Unown E, Unown H, and Unown N.

Anyways, I haven't heard back from Meijer, so I bet they won't hire me. I turned in job applications at Wendy's, Burger King, Third Generation Pizza, and McDonald's a few days ago. I have a good feeling about the McDonald's job, but I'd rather work at the pizza place, because I've worked at one before and I enjoyed it. Oh, well. I'll take any job I can get at this moment; I need the money to pay off my school loan. (And save for a external hard drive and a Wii). However, I haven't heard back from any of the places I applied at. I need to call them. I also added something to my lists of needs: I either need to get a laptop cooling fan or a new battery. Poor Lappy has been getting too hot lately.
