*This step is important. If said proposed work is to be used in more than one medium or other special circumstances then a small licensing fee is required of the client depending on the nature of the work and what it will be used for. This should be discussed with the creator if said work will be used for commercial and non-profit means (mostly anything outside of the personal use of the client.) However, don't stress over this point as I'm extremely lenient on the subject.
